Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (including in-house) sourcing top technical talent, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, and/or AL/ML teams
• Demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and/or high level technical IC positions
• Experienced in working on on high volume pipeline/evergreen roles
• Proven skill and investment in taking an inclusive, equitable approach to hiring
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset and ability to operate with autonomy
• Experimental and have implemented novel, creative, non-traditional pipeline building strategies in partnership with hiring leaders and recruiters
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities

• A passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and a realistic assessment of its risks and limitations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume
• Partner with technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills and qualifications
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams
• Stay up-to-date on sourcing best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends
