We are looking for a true Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage top-tier passive talent across technical roles in the robotics and AI industry. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans focused exclusively on passive candidate engagement for highly specialized technical roles.
- Utilize a wide variety of sourcing tools, databases, forums, and creative strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover hidden talent.
- Build and maintain top-of-funnel pipelines, tracking engagement and conversion metrics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct initial outreach and personalized messaging to assess passive candidates' fit and interest.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our ATS.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies.
