We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer (Outbound / Pipeline) to help us hire 100+ engineers in the next 12 months. This is a high-activity, high-ownership role focused entirely on the top of the funnel. This is a contract position with the possibility to convert to full-time.   • Prospect relentlessly: Identify and research top-tier full-stack and AI engineers across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, events, and new channels.
  • Run outbound: Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach and follow-up sequences across email, LinkedIn, and beyond.
  • Qualify interest: Engage candidates, understand motivation, and pass high-signal prospects to the recruiting team.
  • Build pipeline at scale: Keep sourcing funnels organized, warm, and constantly full.
  • Optimize for conversion: Track response rates, test messaging, and continuously improve what works.
  • Create leverage: Use automation and AI to move faster and source smarter.
  • Outbound mindset: You enjoy prospecting, follow-ups, and hitting activity and conversion targets.
  • Scrappy execution: You figure things out and move without waiting for perfect direction.
  • Strong written communication: You know how to get replies from busy, in-demand people.
  • Data-driven: You measure what matters and adjust quickly.
  • Curious and coachable: You seek feedback and iterate fast.
  • Leverage-obsessed: If something can be automated, you automate it.
  • You don’t need a traditional recruiting background. Experience in sales, growth, BD, or ops translates extremely well.
