We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help power the team that’s building Tandem. You’ll be the engine behind our technical recruiting efforts — uncovering, engaging, and inspiring world-class engineering, product, and technical talent. Your work will directly influence who joins Tandem and how we continue to scale with intention, excellence, and technical rigor. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to deeply understand our technical landscape. You’ll identify talent across engineering and product disciplines, craft thoughtful and personalized outreach, and build strong, diverse pipelines for highly specialized roles. You’ll be joining a recruiting team that treats talent as a strategic advantage — not a numbers game. You’ll build expertise in technical market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping across emerging technologies. You’ll also gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting and help evolve how we attract and engage top technical talent globally. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s energized by fast-moving environments, loves solving complex puzzles, and takes pride in building long-term relationships with candidates.
