We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify and engage top talent for AI and engineering positions, playing a critical role in building high-impact teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably for software engineering or related roles.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, events).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) or higher.
  • Familiarity with the autonomous driving or AI industry.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to learn quickly in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline passive candidates for AI and engineering roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess alignment and interest.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns to meet hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent landscape, competitor activity, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on pipeline metrics to inform stakeholders and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Support interview coordination and candidate experience when needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and best practices.
