About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to support hiring of Software Development Engineers (SDEs) across a fast‑paced tech organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in deep technical sourcing, enjoys building pipelines from the ground up, and has supported high‑volume or hard‑to‑fill engineering roles. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

4–8 years of technical sourcing experience, with a strong focus on Software Development Engineers
Experience sourcing in large technology companies and/or high‑growth startups
Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets, tech stacks, and role differentiation
Proven ability to influence candidates and deliver results in competitive markets
Comfortable managing multiple searches and shifting priorities
Data‑driven and organized, with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting full‑cycle recruiters or in-house engineering teams
Exposure to high‑volume or scaling environments
Passion for creative sourcing strategies and talent branding

Responsibilities

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for SDE roles
Proactively source, engage, and assess software engineering talent using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, niche communities, etc.)
Build diverse, high‑quality pipelines for mid‑ to senior‑level SDE positions
Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with technical candidates
Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate engagement through an ATS/CRM
Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on hiring needs and market conditions
