About The Position

At Roblox, we are growing and looking for a Technical Sourcer to help build, scale, and influence our recruiting landscape. We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting engineering talent. This person is a strong communicator, collaborator, and leads by example. Requirements

  • 4+ years of top of funnel technical recruiting experience (Engineering, Data Science, Product).
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Front-End / UI engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
  • Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
  • A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
  • A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand each team's goals and talent needs, then identify, attract, and engage top candidates who will drive our mission forward.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms.
  • Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale.
  • Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
  • Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.
  • Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
  • Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.
