The Technical Solution Leader will serve as the senior Technical Solution Lead for the Ford Energy sales team and our customers. This role is critical in leading a team of technical solution engineers, translating complex customer requirements into optimized BESS configurations, and establishing the governance for the technical solution process. You will be responsible for serving as the final technical authority for all bids, ensuring that Ford Energy’s solutions are "bankable," safety-compliant, and aligned with our long-term service and reliability standards. This highly visible senior role will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and engineering execution, interfacing directly with internal and external executives to drive the subsidiary's growth.
Requirements
- Senior Technical Solution Lead experience
- Experience leading a team of technical solution engineers
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into optimized BESS configurations
- Experience establishing governance for technical solution processes
- Experience serving as final technical authority for bids
- Knowledge of "bankable" solutions, safety compliance, and long-term service and reliability standards
