About The Position

This role is located in our Production facility in Norwood, MA, and will follow our Hybrid Work Schedule. An embedded techno-functional analyst for the plant side of the business and the functional owner of the D365 Supply Chain modules from the applications side. The role sits with Operations and Supply Chain, gathers the requirement, designs the solution, and does the hands-on build. HMF is live on D365 F&O, standing up an automated warehouse site in Connecticut, and evaluating planning tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must-have; the plant floor is where the role earns its keep.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, comfortable working on a production floor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing D365 SCM or prior AX versions (AX 2009 / AX 2012), or a comparable ERP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Functional depth in at least two of: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning / MRP, Warehouse Management and Logistics; working coverage of the rest.
  • Proven ability to turn operational pain points into ERP solutions.
  • Working grasp of integrations, data migration, and ERP reporting.
  • Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Food manufacturing, CPG, or regulated manufacturing experience.
  • Experience supporting EDI, WMS, or 3PL integrations.
  • Understanding of process manufacturing.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.

Responsibilities

  • D365 supply chain ownership and optimization: Act as functional owner of the D365 Supply Chain modules: system stability, usability, and fit to business process. Lead optimization and post-go-live stabilization across Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management, and Logistics. Find system gaps, limits, and performance issues, and design workarounds or enhancements.
  • Business analysis and solution design: Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to understand pain points and future-state needs. Turn business requirements into clear D365 designs, configurations, and process flows. Do the hands-on build: D365 configuration, Power Platform, Power BI and SSRS reports, scripts. Challenge requirements when needed to keep solutions scalable and supportable.
  • Configuration, integration, and data: Configure D365 workflows, parameters, security roles, and business rules. Work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interfaces (WMS, EDI, planning tools, reporting platforms). Keep data clean across inventory, BOMs, production orders, and costing.
  • User enablement and governance: Provide functional support, training, and guidance to end users and super users, in English and Spanish. Write and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides. Hold ERP governance, change management, and documentation standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Monitor system usage and performance; recommend improvements. Support enhancements, upgrades, and new-feature adoption in D365 and the Power Platform. Stay current on D365 Supply Chain capabilities and best practices.
  • Supports multiple manufacturing and distribution sites; regular day travel between Norwood, Norton, and the new CT site.
