Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in IT delivery, systems implementation, software engineering, enterprise technology, or technology architecture.
• Five or more years as a technical solution architect, enterprise architect, technical lead, engineering lead, or similar role on complex enterprise systems.
• Five or more years' experience working with cross-functional product teams applying an iterative, agile, people-centered product design and development approach.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications, modern integration approaches, APIs, data migration, security controls, accessibility considerations, and phased implementation.
• Experience using or evaluating generative AI or AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis, design review, documentation, development practices, testing, code review, data migration, or technical quality assurance.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and build alignment in a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Translating business goals, user needs, and policy or operational requirements into practical architecture and technical guidance.
• Reviewing vendor technical designs, development approaches, and implementation deliverables for feasibility, quality, security, maintainability, and alignment with business outcomes.
