About The Position

Serve as a technical SIGINT operator delivering direct, mission-critical collection support to a client conducting high-impact national security operations. This role involves operating, configuring, and optimizing SIGINT collection systems, executing precision tasking and collection against priority targets, and transforming raw signals data into actionable insights for real-time operational decision-making. The operator will partner closely with other mission stakeholders to build and execute technical collection strategies, deconflict operations, and close priority intelligence gaps. The work is performed onsite in the Washington Metropolitan Area in a rotational shift environment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (Full Scope preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant SIGINT collection/operations experience within the Intelligence Community or U.S. military
• Knowledgeable in ground or airborne SIGINT collection operations, to include RF fundamentals, antennas, modulation types, and SIGINT sensor tasking
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and associated tooling (e.g., SDRs, receivers, direction-finding suites, signal recorders, processing and exploitation tools)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard IC software tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to brief teammates and leadership
• Military background or equivalent operational experience
• Ability to work rotational shift work
• BA or BS degree (Direct relevant and military experience may be applied in lieu of a degree)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with law enforcement, military, or U.S. government intelligence components
• Experience working in an Operations Center or real-time mission environment
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small, high-performing team under time-sensitive conditions
• Familiarity with all-source integration to inform tasking and increase collection efficacy
