About The Position

The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes: Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s success

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)
  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience or equivalent education involving device physics, circuit design, circuit simulation, and/or computer vision
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience or equivalent education with characterization tools (SEM, TEM, AFM, probe stations) and use of test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, materials science or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, systems, software)
  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience with LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or Verilog/VHDL
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience with deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and/or generative models
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition
  • Awareness of supply chain security and trusted microelectronics
  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team
  • ONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
