Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or Accounting, paired with at least 4+ years of professional custom programming experience.
• You possess expert-level SQL knowledge, including the ability to craft complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
• You have demonstrated proficiency in two or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or C#. You are comfortable learning and operating more legacy coding languages like ProIV and XML.
• You are experienced in developing reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS and are comfortable working with various database architectures.
• You have a foundational understanding of business accounting principles like payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple small projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience with Spectrum ERP software or ProIV development.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and specialized construction accounting workflows.
• Prior experience in a technical consulting role with a focus on billable revenue and client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with XML and advanced data migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver custom software solutions, including SQL scripts and database modifications, tailored to unique customer specifications.
• Spearhead the creation of advanced Crystal Reports and SSRS dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable business intelligence.
• Execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure all technical customizations meet high-quality standards and scope requirements before installation.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and internal teams to navigate the full software development lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Proactively manage project timelines and technical progress, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget for a diverse portfolio of clients.
