This role is crucial for ensuring that design intent, specifications, and field execution are aligned, and for facilitating real-time communication among various engineering disciplines, construction management, field supervision, procurement, and vendors. Key responsibilities include leading the resolution of technical issues such as RFIs, field design changes, constructability challenges, and interdisciplinary clashes, while prioritizing solutions based on their impact on schedule, quality, and cost. The manager will also lead constructability reviews, identify opportunities for optimization in installation sequencing, labor reduction, and modularization, and drive value engineering. Furthermore, the role involves supporting change management, coordinating with vendors on equipment installation and commissioning requirements, and ensuring proper integration with digital tools and drawing control systems.
