Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering, technical services, maintenance, manufacturing operations, or a related technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, calibration, and asset reliability principles.
  • Experience leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage engineering changes, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven project management skills with experience supporting equipment or facility improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance and calibration programs to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance activities and provide technical support to maintenance technicians.
  • Manage engineering change controls, technical documentation, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and productivity.
  • Investigate equipment issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits while maintaining inspection-ready engineering systems.
  • Lead or contribute to capital projects, including equipment installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Develop maintenance strategies, spare parts plans, and key performance indicators for critical assets.
  • Support qualification and requalification activities, ensuring validated and compliant operations.
  • Collaborate across functions to enhance technical services, utilities, infrastructure, and site performance.
