Within this role, you will provide technical services to Midstream and Downstream customers for the purpose of sales growth. Promote distinction between Univar Solutions and our competitors by using a technical consultative approach to needs-based evaluations of the technology utilized by customers. Adapt and implement on a local basis, the national product strategies and services as written by the Industry Director. Assist field sellers and industry team members with joint calls. Identify which Univar technological product best suits the customer’s applications and develop strategies to promote customers’ adaptation and or conversion to Univar products. Builds profitable sales, employing a consultative approach. Develops and maintains long-term partnerships with customers by using industry expertise. Use Univar resources to provide solutions to customer needs and gather market intelligence.
