Responsibilities

  • Assist with repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining machinery and equipment
  • Support troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues in both shop and field environments
  • Help prepare and organize parts, tools, and service materials
  • Assist in documenting service activities, repairs, and customer interactions
  • Support customer service efforts by helping respond to technical inquiries and service needs
  • Participate in testing and evaluation of equipment and components
  • Assist with tracking and reporting service activity, including field visits and repairs
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide feedback on equipment performance
  • Support additional technical service and operations projects as assigned
