About The Position

As a Technical Service Engineer for our Fabrics group, you will play a critical role in working directly with our customers for service calls, performing field service work, data collection, and overall support for all paper machine clothing related issues. You'll assist in performing shutdown services related to paper machine clothing on all sections of the paper machine, including assistance during clothing installations. Your expertise will also be needed to perform inspections and services between clothing installations. Additionally, you'll perform minor equipment and inventory audits that support our customer contracts / agreements. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Product Managers, Sales, and Technology experts to ensure cooperation is focused on the customer with meaningful results. The territory for this role covers Louisianna, Mississippi, and Texas.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree (BA, BS) from four-year college or university
Minimum of 5 years related experience and / or training
Trouble-shooting abilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Applicant must be authorized to work in the US

Nice To Haves

Preferably in paper industry
Strong understanding of paper machine clothing
Willing to train with appropriate background and willingness to learn
