About The Position

This role focuses on managing the technical delivery of services, with a strong emphasis on hybrid cloud environments, Kubernetes, and multi-vendor hardware/network knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Linux administration, ITIL processes within Agile/DevOps contexts, and automation using scripting languages. Experience with Google Distributed Cloud, SRE principles, and security compliance is considered a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience governing environments running Kubernetes/Containers and private cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Helm and microservices architecture is essential.
• Hands-on experience (current or recent) with at least three of the following: HPE (ProLiant/Synergy), Dell (PowerEdge), Cisco (Nexus/ACI), NetApp (ONTAP), or Palo Alto (NGFW).
• Strong understanding of Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) and system-level troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) adapted for Agile/DevOps environments.
• Ability to read, review, and suggest improvements for Python, Shell, or Ansible code.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) or similar air-gapped/sovereign cloud solutions.
• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana stacks and SLO-based alerting.
• Understanding of FIPS compliance, bootstrapping with HSMs (Thales), and secure supply chain protocols.
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), ITIL v4, or Professional Cloud Architect certifications.
