About The Position

Replika is hiring a hands-on Technical SEO & GEO Specialist to own organic discovery across Google, app stores, and AI assistants. The role combines setting organic strategy with directly implementing technical SEO, app-store optimization (ASO), and generative engine optimization (GEO), without an agency layer. The primary success measure is organic revenue, with a goal of growing it by 2% each month through June 2027 and continuing growth thereafter. The position is initially a three-month contract, with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent.

Requirements

Hands-on SEO experience for a consumer product, with demonstrable results in traffic and revenue.
Strong technical SEO skills, including reading crawls, fixing templates, and making changes in a CMS or codebase without waiting for an engineer.
Demonstrated GEO results on a recent project, showing before-and-after improvement in how often a brand is named and recommended in AI answers.
Demonstrated ASO results on both the App Store and Google Play, including keyword and metadata work that improved rankings and installs, and listing tests that improved conversion; experience across several localizations is ideal.
Comfort with Search Console, analytics, App Store Connect, Play Console, an ASO tool such as AppTweak, and creating reports independently.
Ability to develop strategy and implement it personally.
Excellent written English.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO for replika.com, including crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, internal linking, and other issues affecting pages.
Own ASO for the App Store and Google Play, including localized titles, subtitles, keyword fields, and short descriptions based on search volume and rankings.
Improve app listing conversion through screenshots, preview videos, custom product pages, in-app events, Play Store listing experiments, and ratings; test changes and retain successful ones.
Ensure changes comply with App Store Review and Google Play guidelines while growing reach.
Own GEO to increase how often ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews name and recommend Replika; track citations and descriptions, identify source material, and improve relevant pages, structured data, comparison lists, reviews, and community threads.
Plan feature and comparison pages with the content writer, publish them, and measure their results.
Set the monthly roadmap, prioritize and implement work, and report outcomes.
