About The Position

As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s securing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a Scrum Master like you to create solutions that’ll “change the world”. On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like Jira, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you’ll directly impact the AI-RAN team by providing software and system development. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in Scrum software development while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve AI-RAN's mission. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with software development in a professional or academic setting
  • Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
  • Experience using Jira
  • Experience with client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
  • Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of project management framework
  • Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
