About The Position

As a Scrum Master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s securing critical projects. You’ll apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like Jira, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you’ll directly impact the AI-RAN team by providing software and system development. Requirements

2+ years of experience with software development in a professional or academic setting
Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
Experience using Jira
Experience with client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of project management framework
Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, to provide technical assistance to IT development teams
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
