About The Position

The Technical Sales Trainee role is designed to provide a structured introduction to technical sales within the PCB/EIF sector. You will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, technical support, and sales operations under the guidance of the Business Manager and Technical Sales Specialist. Requirements

  • HNC in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in electronics materials.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical thinking with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
  • Developing commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities.
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build trust with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Contributes to a positive and goal-oriented team culture.
