Balluff is a global leader in sensor technology and industrial automation. This is a 6-month, paid rotational program designed to prepare individuals for a full-time Sales Engineer role. The program includes structured training, real-world experience, and a clear path to a field sales role. Trainees will rotate through core functions, learn about Balluff products by solving customer applications, gain experience with internal systems and customer communication, travel with experienced Sales Engineers, and begin developing customer relationships. Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a Sales Engineer role supporting the Minneapolis territory, managing customer relationships, applying technical and sales training in the field, and driving business growth.
