Garratt-Callahan, a profitable and private nationwide water treatment chemical company, is seeking aggressive, smart, educated, and promotable Technical Sales Territory Managers to join their expanding sales team. This role involves selling boiler and cooling tower industrial water treatment chemicals, maintaining existing customer bases, and developing new business through cold calls. The company offers comprehensive training, technical support, and an unlimited, no-cap flat rate commission structure. This is an established territory with a significant book of business across various industrial sectors including Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Commercial & Institutional, and Wastewater. The position requires running chemical tests, analyzing water, documenting results, and interacting with and fixing mechanical equipment such as pumps, tubing, piping, and valves, as well as programming electronic equipment like cooling tower chemical controllers. Military and mechanical backgrounds are considered helpful.
