About The Position

BA Global Talent is seeking a motivated professional to join a dynamic team as an On-Site Technical Sales Representative in Miami, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in driving company growth by selling heavy machinery and providing essential equipment solutions to a diverse client base through door-to-door and outbound sales, while developing your technical knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the heavy machinery or industrial equipment industries.
  • At least 6 months of experience selling hoists, winches, cranes, lifting equipment, or related machinery.
  • Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents and data neatly.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with industrial, construction, or agricultural machinery.
  • Familiarity with standards such as OSHA, ASME, or UL.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Business Development: Actively identify and engage prospective customers through door-to-door sales, territory outreach, cold calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify their operational needs, and recommend appropriate equipment solutions that add value to their business.
  • Customer Service & Sales Support: Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and effective follow-up.
  • Compliance & Professional Standards: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while handling customer information with professionalism.
  • Represent the company with integrity and maintain a high standard of service in all customer interactions.
