Technical Sales Rep/Product Specialist: The Technical Sales Representative/Product Support will support and sell Orbitalum products under direct supervision and will assist with providing technical oversight to assure successful customer integration and implementation of products. Essential Job Functions: Handle incoming sales calls and provide technical support of products and applications Occasional travel to customer’s sites to technically assist them Crosstrain and support inside sales team with product/technical questions Conduct pre-sales activities including understanding the customer’s business and analysis of product needs Conduct post-sales activities including delivery follow-up to ensure product has met customer’s needs and communication with customer for additional sales opportunity Maybe required to: Responsible for leads, activities, quotations creation and follow-up Process and follow-up on all incoming leads and opportunities within proposed territory Support field sales and distributors in moving opportunities through the sales process Close customer quotes and process sales orders to invoice Process all RMA’s (returns) and forward to shipping
