Technical Sales Rep/Product Specialist: The Technical Sales Representative/Product Support will support and sell Orbitalum products under direct supervision and will assist with providing technical oversight to assure successful customer integration and implementation of products. Essential Job Functions: • Handle incoming sales calls and provide technical support of products and applications • Occasional travel to customer’s sites to technically assist them • Crosstrain and support inside sales team with product/technical questions • Conduct pre-sales activities including understanding the customer’s business and analysis of product needs • Conduct post-sales activities including delivery follow-up to ensure product has met customer’s needs and communication with customer for additional sales opportunity Maybe required to: • Responsible for leads, activities, quotations creation and follow-up • Process and follow-up on all incoming leads and opportunities within proposed territory • Support field sales and distributors in moving opportunities through the sales process • Close customer quotes and process sales orders to invoice • Process all RMA’s (returns) and forward to shipping
