Once a contract is signed, an internal delivery team takes over to manage the engagement, allowing the sales representative to focus on winning new business and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess qualities of a top recruiter or pharma territory representative, combined with the consultative skills of an account manager. This is a pure commission role with uncapped earning potential.
