As a key member of our commercial team, you'll: Grow revenue by managing and developing customer accounts Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed sales forecasts Provide technical guidance and accurate quotations for custom parts and materials Partner closely with operations and production teams to ensure orders are cost-effective and on schedule Maintain communication with customers from initial quote through delivery and beyond Stay current on material and fastener specifications to support customer needs and company profitability

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical requirements
Proven success in technical or manufacturing sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
