What you’ll do: Support, train and guide the Sales team with application knowledge and strategy. Provide technical assistance and solutions to ARMOR IIMAK customers. Train and support ARMOR IIMAK resellers and OEM customers. Participate in cross functional groups as the technical resource for all ARMOR IIMAK business activities. This position brings quality, production and applications knowledge to the internal and external sales efforts of ARMOR IIMAK. Application support as needed for vendors, customers and internal team members. Support of product selection, quality complaints and production-related solutions. Work collaboratively with internal and external sales representatives to achieve ARMOR IIMAK sales and marketing goals. Provide training and guidance to internal sales representatives to align sales activities with effective end user lead generation strategies. Develop and implement a reseller training program utilizing ARMOR IIMAK provided materials; developing additional materials as needed. Create and oversee a program of Barcode Seminars at resellers. Manage the ARMOR IIMAK trade show and exhibition attendance. Support assigned customer base, meeting or exceeding sales quota.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Project Management experience
  • Programming Language knowledge
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Material/Inventory Management

Responsibilities
