The Technical Sales Engineer will manage and grow business with both end users and distributor partners, consult with customers to provide tailored metal cutting solutions, develop new business, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. The position requires regular travel throughout the territory (50-60%) and involves balancing technical solution selling with territory planning, sales administration, and reporting. Key focus areas include 60% End User Account Management & New Business Development, 25% Distributor Channel Management, and 15% Territory Planning and Administration.
