Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.
  • Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions, Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.
  • Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
  • Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text.
  • Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools
  • Must be willing to work in hybrid mode in Plano, TX 75024
  • B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
  • Appointment scheduling: 5 years (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, set up appointments, deliver presentations, close new client opportunities
  • Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing, Outsourced IT solutions in cybersecurity, data & AI) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.
  • Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
