About The Position
ACCRETECH SBS, Inc., is a world leader in Automatic Balancing and process control solutions for grinding machines. The company designs, manufactures and markets the SBS system: a simple and reliable solution for in-process dynamic balancing of precision grinding machines. We are seeking a Technical Sales & Application Engineer (Machine Tooling) to lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and post-installation support for our grinding machine products.
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma or University degree in Engineering/related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry.
- Bilingual Japanese/English preferred
- Must possess a valid U.S. Permanent Residency (Green Card) or a valid work visa.
- Willingness to travel weekly (several days per trip) to customer sites.
Nice To Haves
- Sales, demo, installation, or field service experience at a Grinding Machine manufacturer.
- Broad experience in the general Machine Tool industry and /or Metrology industry.
- Hands-on experience in operating or maintaining grinding machines at a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Accompany sales reps to customer sites, deliver technical presentations, and install company products on customers' grinding machines for live demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and secure the final sale.
- Oversee the setup and fine-tuning of products on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
