Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including managing multi-site teams.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects and inspiring change in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong and creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and drives continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate across diverse teams and personalities.
  • A proactive, thoughtful, and practical working style, with a dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience in developing and elevating talent within teams.
  • Proficient business English to a high standard.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., D365, Salesforce) and revenue tech stacks.
  • Background in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience working with globally distributed or multi-site teams.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and how they can drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team of individual contributors across multiple locations, encouraging a collaborative, high-accountability culture.
  • Help drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects — from prioritization and planning through execution and measurement.
  • Support increased workload and additional hours when required for key fiscal periods, such as Quarter End/Year End activities.
  • Inspire change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of process improvements and system changes across all impacted collaborators.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and business systems teams to define, prioritize, and deliver system improvements that improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and deliver enablement training programs to upskill internal teams on new tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for complex Revenue Operations challenges across the business.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align technical capabilities with revenue goals.
  • Find opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, partnering with teams to help drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Track organizational goals, important metrics, and risks, surfacing issues early, guiding problem-solving discussions, and driving follow-through resolutions.
