Role Overview We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to serve as a key liaison between the business and recruiting—driving alignment, clarity, and execution across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations. This role is primarily focused on recruiting leadership, stakeholder partnership, and operating rigor, with approximately 20–30% hands-on recruiting to stay close to the work and the market. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on orchestration, influence, and building scalable recruiting systems—while still rolling up their sleeves when it matters.
