About The Position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at GlossGenius, you'll be the architect of our engineering future during a period of monumental growth. We are scaling our Engineering organization significantly, and you will be at the forefront of this transformation. You will own the full-lifecycle recruitment process for roles across our engineering pillars. This is a high-visibility role where you will partner directly with Engineering and Executive Leadership. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting. This role is based in NYC. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency environments, maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • A self-starter with experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent
  • Proven experience with complex candidate closes
  • Analytical thinker who understands how to utilize pipeline metrics to inform recruiting strategies and identify bottlenecks
  • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

Responsibilities

  • Run an efficient, high-touch, full-lifecycle recruiting process for complex and senior searches, acting as a crucial engine for our team expansion
  • Own sourcing for a variety of roles which will include talent mapping, market research, referral generation, and other creative strategies to find stellar technical talent that can operate at scale across NYC, SF, and Toronto
  • Leverage tools like Greenhouse, Gem, Brighthire and Juicebox to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and ensure high-quality data integrity
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, drive alignment on priorities, and leverage data to influence decision-making and strategy
  • Promote GlossGenius’ culture and values to attract top talent and increase the company's employer brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong pulse on the technical talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends
  • Proactively integrate AI tools and intelligent automation into your daily workflow to maximize efficiency
