ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our engineering talent team. While data is important, execution is paramount. This role is explicitly focused on identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier Backend and Mobile engineers. You will partner directly with Hiring Managers to dissect complex technical requirements and build a pipeline of talent that raises the bar for our engineering organization. Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent for Backend (Java, Go, Python) and Mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin) roles. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on speed, quality, and closing high-caliber engineers. Collaborate deeply with hiring managers to understand technical nuances, team dynamics, and calibrate searches in real-time. Screen candidates for actual technical competency, assessing their grasp of distributed systems or mobile architecture before moving them forward. Engage technical candidates across multiple channels (GitHub, StackOverflow, niche forums) using creative and personalized approaches. Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, acting as an advocate and guide from the first outreach to the final offer. Serve as a positive ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates. The base salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. ABOUT YOU: 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a specific focus on Backend and Mobile engineering roles. Hunter mentality; you prefer proactive sourcing and engaging with candidates over building reports and analyzing data. Strong technical fluency; you understand the difference between languages and frameworks and can vet candidates credibly. Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-ray sourcing, and creative outreach techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of negotiating complex offers. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus. Genuine passion for the "chase" and building world-class engineering teams.
