About The Position

We are scaling our engineering and technical teams across the Americas and looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us build world-class teams with speed, rigor, and high care for candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
  • Elite sourcing + technical fluency: you translate role needs into sharp search strategy and consistently engage top-tier candidates.
  • Strong closer and operator: you run complex offers (including equity), keep processes tight, and use data to drive outcomes.
  • Clear, trusted communicator with hiring leaders; ideally based near Austin or Palo Alto and excited for a hybrid rhythm.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, owning intake, sourcing strategy, process, and close.
  • Partner with technical and executive leaders to calibrate roles quickly, drive crisp decisions, and raise the bar in ambiguous searches.
  • Build forward-looking pipelines for hard-to-fill profiles through talent mapping, targeted outreach, and referrals.
  • Strengthen quality of hire by improving interview design and signal (loops, assessments, scorecards) and using funnel/quality metrics to manage risk and velocity.
  • Run high-care closing and candidate experience end-to-end, including complex offer and equity conversations.
