About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across a mix of engineering, manufacturing, and semiconductor-related positions. This recruiter will partner with recruiting leadership, account managers, and hiring teams to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled technical talent.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
• Ability to manage 3-5 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting phone and virtual candidate interviews.
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and while onsite
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical positions.
• Recruit for roles such as: Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Field Service Engineers, Equipment Engineers, Manufacturing Technicians, Firmware and Embedded Engineers
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Partner with account managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.
