As a Technical Recruiter on the Early in Profession team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Microsoft’s future workforce by driving strategies to attract and hire top technical talent. This position requires creativity, data-driven decision-making and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while delivering top quality candidate experience. You will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute recruiting plans that balance speed, quality, and compliance.
