About The Position

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who is ready to be a part of building the Talent Acquisition function at a high growth AI company. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in standing up a high quality talent process to source and hire incredible Engineering talent. You will own the end-to-end execution of recruitment to find exceptional talent.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year supporting engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to design recruiting plans, optimize interview processes, and communicate with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Able to optimize your workflows and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication, strong time-management abilities
  • Great judgment and a history of working with highly confidential information and senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Attracting, assessing and hiring talent for Technical positions in our Engineering & Product organization as well as occasional G&A functions
  • Developing high quality, multi-channel talent processes that ensure we find and hire top talent
  • Effectively managing key stakeholders to align on key competencies for important hires - departmental leaders and hiring managers.
  • Influence and educate new hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making
  • Implement and scale structured hiring processes that will reduce bias and uplevel Pearl’s hiring decision making
  • Leverage data to analyze sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process
