About The Position

Rainforest is an early stage payments-as-a-service startup that has developed a solution that makes monetizing payments for vertically focused software platforms fair and simple. We focus on small-to-mid sized platforms that want to add value to their small business customers through embedded payments — and want to do so without adding operational or regulatory burdens or costs. Led by a successful repeat fintech founder with deep knowledge of the industry, and with venture backing from a Top 10 VC firm, Rainforest is well positioned to make an impact in the payments-as-a-service space, and we're looking for new team members who want to be a part of this journey! Our growth at Rainforest depends on hiring exceptional people quickly and thoughtfully, so we are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter, who will lead full-cycle recruiting for all product and engineering roles, while also tackling select non-technical roles as we scale. You’ll drive the search for top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and teams, and ensure a fast, high-quality hiring process that reflects our standards and values.

  • Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical disciplines
  • Knowledge and expertise around talent tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby
  • A strong ability to assess talent, influence hiring decisions, and move processes forward efficiently
  • Comfortable recruiting in a high-stakes, high-bar environment, where every hire has significant impact and urgency is non-negotiable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-caliber candidates using a mix of direct outreach, referrals, and creative tactics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies, align on requirements, and deliver results quickly.
  • Maintain pipeline quality and velocity—driving consistent progress from first touch to offer acceptance.
  • Manage on-site interview coordination and logistics for Atlanta-based hiring
  • Ensure every candidate has a seamless, professional, and efficient experience throughout the process
  • Represent Rainforest at local recruiting events and meetups to strengthen our employer brand in the Atlanta market

Benefits

  • comprehensive health benefits package
  • unlimited paid time off
  • paid parental leave
  • a fun and flexible working environment
  • continuously invest in our people and our culture
