This role supports high-priority, cleared technical hiring pipelines across mission-driven programs. The ideal candidate is strong in sourcing, comfortable screening technical talent, disciplined in process, and already leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and insight. This position is execution-focused but requires thinking, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and activating talent pipelines aligned to anticipated contract awards and evolving labor needs. You will operate inside a structured Talent Acquisition system but are expected to bring initiative, curiosity, and technical fluency to the role. Performance-based bonus opportunities are available based on placement activity, pipeline health, and contribution to award readiness.
