We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help build the foundation of our talent function as we scale. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You’ll own full-cycle hiring across both technical and client-facing roles—from Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Strategists, and Engagement Managers—while also helping shape how recruiting works at Tenex. You’ll report directly to the Head of People and play a critical role in scaling the team from ~20 to 100+. Every hire matters here. You’ll be responsible not just for filling roles, but for building the systems, pipelines, and candidate experience that define our company.
