Leverage analytics and market trends to inform hiring plans, track funnel health, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Apply compliance and operational excellence standards throughout the recruiting lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Utilize assessment tools and frameworks to evaluate candidates effectively, ensuring readiness for relocation, immigration, and compensation considerations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR equivalent experience
  • Proven success in high-volume technical recruiting and stakeholder management within a matrixed organization
  • Ability to source and close niche AI & software talent leveraging advanced search strategies, technical communities, and evaluation to engage hardtoreach candidates
  • Experience influencing and consulting across multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders, using data-driven insights and market intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate candidate experience strategies, leveraging creative engagement methods and storytelling
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex offers and craft closing strategies that balance candidate motivators with business priorities, ensuring competitive, equitable outcomes and high acceptance rates
