About the Role Posh is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our expanding People & Talent team. This role will be reporting to the Director of People & Talent and work along aside our Senior Technical Recruiter. This role is all about action and collaboration - you’ll be hyper-focused on actively sourcing and recruiting the best of the best to join our mission. This role requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of talent acquisition in high-growth environments. You will partner with hiring managers across the org to deliver a world-class candidate experience, craft clear and exciting role descriptions, and ensure quality feedback at every milestone. You are someone who thrives in connecting people to the best parts of themselves and inviting them to do the best work of their career. This is an in-person role based in our New York City office in the heart of SoHo.
