Summary The Technical Recruiter (IT) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment of technology-focused roles while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and stakeholders. This role requires a confident headhunter mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to think creatively while delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to transition into a long-term role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective technical sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Effective interviewing skills via phone, video, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to read, hear, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions and SOPs.
  • 5-7+ years of technical recruiting in IT recruiting experience, a MUST.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified technical candidates through ATS databases, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Recruit for a variety of IT and technical roles, including but not limited to software, infrastructure, systems, data, and ERP-related positions.
  • Screen and assess resumes and applications for technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define technical requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate and support interview processes, including preparing technical interview questions and selection materials.
  • Collaborate during the offer process by recommending salary ranges, start dates, incentives, and other employment details.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current on technical recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
