About The Position

WOOD is seeking a Recruiter I with proven experience supporting technical or cleared talent pipelines. In this role, you will drive relationship‑based recruiting, maintain accurate pipelines, and ensure WOOD is ready to hire quickly and compliantly when roles activate. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy fast‑paced execution work and excel at managing both candidates and process details.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong experience with ATS tools (iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and screening for technical, cleared, or hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Maintain strong, relationship‑driven engagement with pipeline candidates.
  • Track candidate availability, interest, and skill alignment in iCIMS / Workday.
  • Support full recruitment workflows during hiring activation.
  • Provide market and pipeline insights to inform workforce readiness.
  • Ensure recruiting execution aligns with WOOD’s defined processes (per compliance guidance).
