Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably technical recruiting or staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the recruiting field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for technical positions using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and candidate communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
