We’re looking for a smart, curious researcher to help us find exceptional people. Recruiting here is analytical and hands-on. You’ll map talent pools, identify hard-to-find profiles, and engage candidates who are not actively on the market. The work is analytical, detail-driven, and closer to executive search than traditional recruiting. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters and gain exposure to hiring across quantitative finance and technology. An interest in how markets, data, and people connect is helpful, but intellectual curiosity and strong judgment matter most. If you enjoy structured research, pattern recognition, and finding people others overlook, this role will suit you well.
